1. I confirm my voluntary participation in Program Vasishtha.
2. I understand that the program includes mentorship sessions, both virtual and/or in-person, and topics related to career guidance, communication, and skill development.
3. I agree to actively participate in all scheduled sessions and program activities.
4. I consent to share my contact details with the assigned mentor to facilitate communication during the program.
5. I understand that all interactions will be monitored and guided by Nirmaan for safety and effectiveness.
6. I grant permission to Nirmaan to collect feedback and use anonymized program outcomes for reporting and promotional purposes.
7. (For participants under 18) I have received permission from my parent/guardian to participate in this program.
8. I agree to participate in all the sessions with interest and respect the time and effort of the mentor towards me.
9. I agree to have good conduct/behaviour during all the sessions.
10. I understand that I am required to switch on the video throughout the session.
11. I understand that it is mandatory to do all the required assessments during the program.
12. I understand that I need to finish all the sessions within the duration of the program.
